How long we retain your data

We except returns & exchanges on all regular priced UNWORN merchandise. You MUST contact us within 3 (three) days of receipt of merchandise to request a return authorization number (RA #). After 3 days, ALL sales become FINAL! Additionally, markdowns and clearance items are non-returnable!
Customer is responsible for postage/shipping fees of returning merchandise. We suggest you send all packages to us via insured mail with a tracking number in order to guard against lost or damaged packages.
