Keisha Lance Bottoms, former Atlanta mayor, recently announced on Twitter that she is joining CNN as a political commentator. She is certainly well qualified to understand all things political. Bottoms revealed that as a student at Florida A&M University she applied for CNN’s JV program, but didn’t get in. “To now join the (CNN) team 30 years later is a reminder that a dream deferred is never a dream denied,” stated Bottoms. Congrats Keisha Lance Bottoms! Hope they’re paying you enough to afford those ‘red bottoms’ though I’m sure it’ll be more than a government paycheck.
